4. No work will begin until the invoice is paid in full

Non-Refundable Fee: This consultation fee is non-refundable. However:

• If you proceed: The full $100 consultation fee will be credited toward your final project invoice
• If timing isn't right: You may apply this fee to ONE future consultation within 6 months (must be scheduled with a clear project start date)
